Don’t miss out on the opportunity to learn with DBT pro, Jenna Richardson! This adult DBT Group focuses on teaching core skills from DBT and promoting development and retention of these skills.
Ideally, participants will already be in individual therapy before joining. Don’t have an individual therapist? No problem, we have openings!
This group will cover the four modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. If you want to learn to live in the present, increase understanding and control over your emotions, learn tools to help you calm down quickly, and how to have better relationships- this is the group for you.
Able to bill in-network insurance and also bill as out of network. $30 cash rate. Sliding scale options available.
