    Danielle Whitebear, MSW, LICSW

What I love most about being a therapist is helping people overcome barriers, reconnect with their authentic selves, and build a life they love! I specialize in working with autistic people across the spectrum. Including those who are late diagnosed or navigating co-occuring conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I am DBT Certified, an ADHD Specialist, and a Level 4 trained Lifespan Integration therapist. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) field, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations across the lifespan and in a wide range of settings.

I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a certified SUD provider, and an approved LICSW Supervisor in the State of Washington.

    Elsie Martinez, MSW, LSWAIC

I'm an LSWAIC who graduated from the University of Washington, where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the UW School of Social Work. I've long been an advocate for mental health and neuro-affirming care. I specialize in working with clients who have ADHD, supported by extensive training in this area. I believe in meeting people where they are and draw on my background working with families to make therapy accessible and effective for all. I take a flexible approach that helps keep clients engaged!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring state parks. One of my favorite hobbies is aquascaping my planted cherry shrimp aquarium—though I’ll admit, it looked a lot easier on YouTube!

    Jenna Richardson, MSW, LSWAIC

I'm passionate about supporting my community and advocating for those who are often misrepresented. I hold a bachelor's in psychology with a biology minor and received my master’s in social work in 2023. My experience includes working with children through young adults in a variety of settings, such as substance abuse treatment, inpatient mental health, IOP, eating disorder treatment, and schools. I’m trained in DBT and use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities depending on your individual needs. I am always eager to learn, grow, and expand my skills to better serve the communities I work with!
