    Danielle Whitebear, MSW, LICSW

What I love most about being a therapist is supporting people in moving through barriers, reconnecting with their inner wisdom, and building lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. I value helping people feel more integrated, connected, and whole.

My work often includes supporting individuals who are making sense of their neurodivergence, including those who discover their neurodivergence later in life. I also specialize in attachment and personality patterns, helping people move toward secure attachment and better understand their relational experiences, internal dynamics, and ways of adapting to the world.

I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my work. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a certified SUD provider, and an approved LICSW Clinical Supervisor in the State of Washington.

I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety-related disorders, depression, and relationship challenges. My approach is evidence-based, and I tailor each session to honor your unique experiences. I'm trained in EMDR, CBT, and mental health first aid.

    Elsie Martinez, MSW, LICSW

I'm an LICSW who graduated from the University of Washington, where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the UW School of Social Work. I've long been an advocate for mental health and neuro-affirming care. I specialize in working with clients who have ADHD, supported by extensive training in this area. I believe in meeting people where they are and draw on my background working with families to make therapy accessible and effective for all. I take a flexible approach that helps keep clients engaged!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring state parks. One of my favorite hobbies is aquascaping my planted cherry shrimp aquarium—though I’ll admit, it looked a lot easier on YouTube!

    Jenna Richardson, MSW, LSWAIC

I'm passionate about supporting my community and advocating for those who are often misrepresented. I hold a bachelor's in psychology with a biology minor and received my master’s in social work in 2023. My experience includes working with children through young adults in a variety of settings, such as substance abuse treatment, inpatient mental health, IOP, eating disorder treatment, and schools. I’m trained in DBT and use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities depending on your individual needs. I am always eager to learn, grow, and expand my skills to better serve the communities I work with!

  • A young man with short brown hair and a big smile, standing outdoors during sunset with a scenic background of water and distant hills.

    Henry Loran, LMHCA

I specialize in supporting pre-teens, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate the complex realities of growing up. I also work with children and adolescents whose behavior may not clearly fit a diagnosis, and would benefit from structure, support, and someone who understands them. Whether that’s a teen acting out for connection, a young person withdrawing from peers, or a child labeled “difficult” who simply needs to be heard.

My approach combines evidence-based practices with flexibility and clinical intuition. I draw from modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ERP, and Behavioral Activation, tailoring each intervention to meet the client where they are rather than following a rigid manual. I believe therapy should be intentional and structured without overpowering the client’s voice or reducing the work to a checklist.

I offer services in both English and Spanish, and I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is warm, direct, culturally responsive, and grounded in collaboration.

    Caden Chan, LMHCA

Many of my clients feel caught between cultures, identities, relationships, and expectations. If that’s you, your story is welcome here. Your experience deserves to be heard and held with curiosity and care. In our work together, you can expect a warm, gentle, and attuned space for you to fully be yourself. We’ll explore what’s been shaping your life & patterns, and create new, grounding, and freeing ways forward towards the life you want to live.

As an Asian-American therapist, I’m dedicated to working with you through the messy, nuanced, and beautiful intersections of identities. My approach is relational and person-centered, rooted in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing and growth. I draw from attachment-informed approaches like IFS and EFiT, along with CBT and mindfulness theories.

    Courtney Colwell, MSW, LSWAIC

I strive to understand each person’s lived experience and support them in finding a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable. With over 10 years of experience in crisis care, I have worked alongside individuals and families through both acute challenges and the ongoing stressors of everyday life. This work has reinforced my belief that growth, healing, and change are not one-size-fits-all processes.

I work with individuals and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, chronic stress, emotional challenges, and relational difficulties. I am especially passionate about supporting parents, caregivers, helping professionals, and first responders who often carry significant responsibility while prioritizing others’ needs.

In therapy, I offer a collaborative, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen awareness of thoughts and emotions, and identify opportunities for growth. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT and is thoughtfully tailored to each person’s unique needs, values, and cultural context. I emphasize resilience, self-compassion, and meaningful, lasting change.
